RETURN CONDITIONS / রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws from the customer's end. The product must include the original tags (if provided), user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়াহীন এবং কাস্টমারের দিক থেকে কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়া হতে হবে। পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই (যদি দেয়া হয়ে থাকে) মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, ফ্রিবিজ এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে। পণ্যটি অবশ্যই আসল এবং অক্ষত প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বাক্সে ফেরত দিতে হবে। যদি পণ্যটি প্যাকেজিংয়ের দ্বিতীয় স্তরে বিতরণ করা হয় তবে এটি অবশ্যই একই অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে যার সাথে রিটার্ন শিপিং লেবেল সংযুক্ত রয়েছে। প্রস্তুতকারকের বাক্সে টেপ বা স্টিকার লাগাবেন না। যদি একটি পণ্য একটি অপর্যাপ্ত অবস্থায় আমাদের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, আমরা এটি আপনার কাছে ফেরত পাঠানোর অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

VALID REASONS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM / একটি আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ কারণ:

1. Damaged Product / ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য: The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).

বিতরণ করা পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত (শারীরিকভাবে ধ্বংস বা ভাঙা) / ত্রুটিপূর্ণ (আগমনের সময় মৃত)।

2. Wrong/Incomplete Product / ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্য: The delivered product is wrong/incomplete (missing parts or accessories).

বিতরণকৃত পণ্যটি ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ (অনুপস্থিত অংশ বা আনুষাঙ্গিক)।

3. No Longer Needed / আর প্রয়োজন নেই: The delivered product is "no longer needed" (you no longer have use for the product / you changed your mind about the purchase / a fashion product's size doesn't fit / you don't like the product after opening the package). However, in this case you will need to pay the delivery charge.

বিতরণ করা পণ্যটি "আর প্রয়োজন নেই" (পণ্যটির জন্য আপনার আর ব্যবহার নেই / আপনি ক্রয়ের বিষয়ে আপনার মন পরিবর্তন করেছেন / একটি ফ্যাশন পণ্যের সাইজ ঠিক হয় না / প্যাকেজ খোলার পরে আপনি পণ্যটি পছন্দ করেন না)। কিন্তু এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।

RETURN POLICY / প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি:

If you cancel due to damaged/wrong product, we will take the product back and refund the full amount.

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ভুল পণ্যের কারণে আপনি বাতিল করলে আমরা প্রোডাক্টটি রিটার্ন নিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দিই।

REFUND TIMELINE / রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 15 working days. In exceptional cases, it may take longer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

একবার আমরা ফেরত পণ্য গ্রহণ করি এবং এর অবস্থা যাচাই করি, রিফান্ড ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে, এটি আরও বেশি সময় নিতে পারে। রিফান্ড ক্রয়ের সময় ব্যবহৃত মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করা হবে।

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS / অ-ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate products, etc.)
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS / রিটার্নের জন্য শিপিং খরচ:

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), Small China Town will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• যদি রিটার্ন আমাদের ত্রুটির কারণে হয় (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য), Small China Town রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করবে।
• যদি রিটার্ন গ্রাহকের পছন্দের কারণে হয় (মন পরিবর্তন, সাইজ সমস্যা, ইত্যাদি), গ্রাহক রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচের জন্য দায়ী।
